設(shè)計(jì)、方案改進(jìn)和三維可視化開發(fā)工具：Demo3D、Sim3D自動化系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)分析平臺：

1.試驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì)：分析物流流量、節(jié)拍時間、庫存周轉(zhuǎn)、設(shè)備利用率

等關(guān)鍵指標(biāo)，合理配置現(xiàn)場布局、設(shè)備數(shù)量、空間位置和大小，優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)方案，提升系統(tǒng)運(yùn)營效率。

2.統(tǒng)計(jì)分析：提供多種數(shù)據(jù)采集和統(tǒng)計(jì)模塊，可以將結(jié)果實(shí)施動態(tài)

顯示在界面上，或者輸出到EXCEL或數(shù)據(jù)庫中；支持自定義各種統(tǒng)計(jì)方法，允許設(shè)定實(shí)驗(yàn)參數(shù)。

3.決策優(yōu)化：對各種策略進(jìn)行仿真分析，可以嵌入復(fù)雜邏輯關(guān)系，測試調(diào)度規(guī)則，發(fā)現(xiàn)瓶頸。

Warehoise Control System

1.實(shí)時監(jiān)控現(xiàn)場設(shè)備信息，設(shè)備運(yùn)行狀況、異常報警一覽無余。

2.接受WMS運(yùn)行指令，并迅速下達(dá)至設(shè)備，響應(yīng)速度高。

3.通過網(wǎng)絡(luò)連接WCS電腦，實(shí)現(xiàn)遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)控，幫助維護(hù)人員

不在現(xiàn)場同樣可以快速排出異常。
